My name is Alissa and I am a dancer, singer, actress, voice-over artist and certified Pilates instructor in NYC. I am told I have a bubbly personality and a positive attitude ;) I am here to start a conversation about movement, health and wellness. I will post recipes, tips, videos, photos and all the rest!
